Whilst in Year 9, students and their parents and carers have important decisions to make about the subjects they will study at Key Stage 4.  

Making sure students pick the Key Stage 4 courses that are right for them will make a big difference to the next two years and beyond. Getting it right will help students to finish Year 11 with a great set of GCSE/Vocational results. The grades that students achieve collectively in all examinations will impact the courses on offer to them post-16. Every individual will have a different post-16 pathway, so what success looks like will be different for each student. Students will need to make the right choices for themselves.
