Lancashire County Catering Services is the provider for food in school. The school canteen serves freshly prepared, locally sourced hot and cold food; all meals served meet the nutritional standards as prescribed by the Government.
The Catering Department is made up of 5 full-time members of staff:

Breakfast is served from 8:30am including yogurt, cereal, bacon sandwiches and toast. Lunchtime orders can also be placed.
A large selection of drinks and snacks are available to purchase. Final lunchtime orders can be placed.
The nutritionally balanced lunch menu is on a three week cycle; students can order a ‘Meal Deal’ for £2.20, this includes both hot and cold meals with a dessert and a drink, or a main meal can be purchased for just £1.95. There is a daily ‘Specials’ board plus a selection of sandwiches, Panini’s, pizza, jacket potatoes and pasta dishes available, priced at a £1.
West Craven operates a cashless payment system. There are numerous opportunities throughout the day when students can ‘top-up’ or check their balance. Students can bring notes and cheques which can be placed in the box provided in the dining room; these should be in an envelope with the students name, pin number and form clearly shown.
